Catahoula Bully Hybrids Our Catahoula Bully Hybrids are a 50% X 50% cross between the English Bulldog and the Catahoula Leopard Dog.  These two breeds have been two of our long time favorites and when we first saw pictures of this hybrid it was love at first sight.  We have in the past adopted an English Bulldog that we absolutely adored.  Due to the health issues associated with the Modern English Bulldogs we have never purchased or considered breeding one.  We have admired the Catahoula Leopard Dogs for some time and are fascinated by the story of their history.  When we found out that Brahma and Stella were looking for a new home we were happy to purchase them.  They were part of a Catahoula Bully breeding project of a Bully breeder in Northern MN that was forced to downsize due to a family career move.  Spring of 2010 they gave birth to a litter of puppies which included our litter picks Pride and Joy.  We currently are and will continue using these dogs as foundation dogs in the development of our Porterfield Bulldogs.
